Elizabeth was looking out the window as her aunt Kristy drove her school.She had on a simple black shirt and a pair of blue jeans and black sneakers.She didn't really want to go to school because the kids and especially the popular kids always made fun of her.It wasn't that she had a problem with those kind of kids it was just that she would rather be by herself.
She was still looking out the window and thinking when she notice her aunt Kristy pulled up to the school."Now have fun,Make new friends and tell me all about your classes when you get home okay?"Her aunt Kristy said as she handed her backpack to her.Elizabeth nodded as she took the bag and she got unbuckled and she opened the door."Bye."Her aunt Kritsy called as Elizabeth shut the door.

Andrew had got everything ready for school that he needed. he then walked out towards his car that he had bought off of his parents. He got into the car and turned the keys after he put them in the ignition. he backed out and had to stop all of a sudden because a car had turned in front of Andrew. He cussed to himself before he continued backing up and pulling away. He had the radio turned on and was listening to some upbeat rock and roll music. This was his first day at school since moving to Forks from Alaska. He went through many green lit stoplights before making it to the school. He turned the radio off as he was parking. He sat there strumming his fingers on the steering wheel thinking how he should approach this thing called public school. He then got out of the car and got his supplies he would need. he locked the car doors and placed the keys in his pocket. he seen a girl getting out of a car and she had been sitting in the passenger side. he shrugged it off and started walking towards the school doors.

When Elizabeth nodded a goodbye to her aunt she headed to the double glass doors and she went into the school.As she walked in the school's hallways she looked around for the main office and found it after she walked around for a little while and she noticed a boy in the office.When she came into the office she stood by the doors and looked at the boy.He was about her age but a little bit older now that she had a closer look at him and he had blue eyes and blackish brown hair. When She decided to walk up to the desk she noticed that the boy was a little bit muscular and she thought maybe he was probally on the football team she wondered to herself while waiting by the desk.When the lady looked over at her Elizabeth smiled a little as a hello."Hi.have seat next to Andrew and I'll be with you in a little bit."the lady at the desk said.Elizabeth fidgited a little bit until she sat down.When she noticed that Andrew was close to her she blushed a bit as she looked over at him.

Andrew found his way to the prinicpal's office but was told to sit down in waiting for the prinicipal to see him. As he is sitting on the bench he sees a young girl walk into the office. She had on a simple black shirt and a pair of blue jeans and black sneakers. He smiled at the thought of talking to her and introducing himself to her. Even though he heard the receptionist already said what his name was. He saw the girl take a seat next to him. Andrew said" I see you are new to the school. I am Andrew Johnson and would like to know what your name is . I would feel silly giving you my name and not getting anything in return."
Andrew could tell that she was not like him and that she was a human. That fact did not mean anything to him and he wanted to get to know everything about her and he knew there was something good about her. He would just have to work hard to get it to come out.

As Elizabeth heard Andrew introduce himself she smiled a hello but didn't say anything back to him and she looked down at her hands.She knew if she ignored him long enough he would think she was mute or couldn't speak which was fine because she didn't really want to talk.She knew how to but she was very shy and she didn't really like talking to people and expecially new people.It wasn't that she didn't like other people it was just that she was afraid of loosing someone she loved again.And she knew having just met Andrew really didn't mean she would actually lose him as a friend but she didn't want to take a chance on loosing anyone else she thought while eyeing Andrew.
When Elizabeth noticed that Andrew was still looking at her she persed her lips a little bit and then she opened her front pocket of her school backpack and she pulled out her phone and she wrote her name down in a text and she handed it to Andrew.She didn't want to talk to him but she figured a text would let him know that she's not comfortable about talking to new people.

Andrew saw this new girl as she was seated next to him. He had spoke to her but she had yet to speak to him. He started to wonder if she could talk at all. He was getting worried if she somehow knew what he was and that is why she was not speaking to him. He suddenly shrugged that last thought off because how could a human tell if someone was a different species. He saw her get her phone out of her backpack and started typing on it. She handed it to him and it had her name on it. Andrew nodded and said" I take it that you are somewhat shy Elizabeth? Thats ok to be shy . I just thought I had already done something to upset him or offend you.
Andrew extended his hand as a token of friendship and waited to see if she would return the favor.She was a pretty looking girl . He thought her shyness might have been a aftereffect of either something tragic in her life or just not wanting to hurt people emotionally. "

When Elizabeth saw Andrew extend his hand towards her she reached her hand out and then she pulled it back a little bit.She knew that if she took his hand she would get hurt,But was it really worth it to have him as a friend?Would he just act like others did?If so how would she be able to handle that?No,she wouldn't be able to.She wouldn't be able to handle loosing someone again even though she won't talk to him.She couldn't think of ever loosing someone precious in her life again.
But was Andrew like that?how could she tell if she won't give him a chance.When She thought that she bit her lip a little bit and she extended her hand out towards his and shook it.She knew being friends meant trusting each other but she wouldn't trust him.Not just yet anyways.

After she shook Andrew's hand the secretary told him that the prinicipal would see him now. Then he got up and walked to the office and sat down but not before closing the door. Mrs. flowers said" Now Andrew I see that you are new here at Forks high. Well here is your class schedule and I hope you have a nice day." Then he shook her hand before walking out of the office, He said good bye to the secretary and to elisabeth, He walked to the door ,and he opened it. he walked to the hall closing the door behind him. he looked at the class schedule and saw he had intro to abstract art and design. he grumbled at the class name . He started walking and passed numerous kids before making it to Art class. he walked to the teacher and he gave her his schedule and then she introduced him to the class before handing him his schedule. He found a counter to sit at.

Elizabeth saw Andrew leave to go into the princaples office and she waited her turn.She had always done this when living with her relatives so waiting for an half an hour doesn't really make a difference because she knew in only a few weeks she would be transfered again.After she saw Alex walk out of the princaples office she waited on the secretary to call her up and after a few minutes she did."Alright Elizabeth your next."She said while motioning Elizabeth to go inside.Elizabeth got up and she gathered her stuff and walked to the door.As she opened the door and closed it she couldn't shake the feeling of loneliness inside her after she saw Andrew leave.
When Elizabeth walked out of the princaple's office after a few minutes she sighed and looked down at her paper and noticed her first class was art and smile a little as she walked to the room.

As Andrew spent time in the prinicpal's office getting his stuff that he would need for his future endevaours He could not help but think of Elisabeth and how shy she had been. He actually liked it because it was better than a naive and always talkative girl that you could not keep quiet. In a way he also wished she would speak so he could get to know her better. She was cute after all. He exited the office and shot a smile towards Elisabeth and he said" Your turn cutie."
He exited the room and looked down at his class scehedule and saw he had intro to basic art. He frowned because he had not been good in Art. Basically all he knew how to do was draw stick people. He walked down the hall and into his classroom and saw a lot of people. he found a counter top to sit at. He was hoping he would seem Elisabeth sooner than later.

Elizabeth was walking to the prinicpals when she saw Andrew come out of the room and tell it was her turn and called her a cutie.She felt a blush creep up on her cheeks as she she went into the office and after the prinicpal gave her the rules and her class schedual she came out she headed to her first class.She had noticed her first class was Art and she smiled a little because she knew she would like it but she realized she was five minutes late so she hurried to get there before the second bell.
When she got to the Art class she stopped running and looked at herself before entering the room.She noticed that all the kids in the class had stopped there work to look to see who came threw the door and she blushed a little as she found a empty table.

Andrew was sitting at his table in the art class. The classroom was not a standard classroom. It had different styles of tables, chairs, and other fixtures to sit at. He had been sitting at a awkward triangle like table that had places for three people at it.The class had a good sized number of people in it.The students were chattering a little bit and the teacher was looking at what type of lesson that they wanted to teach the students at that time. Right when they were going to speak the door popped open, students got quiet and in walked a student. Andrew noticed the student was the same girl he had seen in the prinicipal's office when he was getting his stuff that he needed. She seemed a little bit shy and Andrew knew that it might take a lot of work but he was determined to find out more about her.
Andrew found himself to be drawn to her beauty and shyness. He could relate to it somehow due to the fact of what he was and how people would reacxt if they knew. He saw her take a seat at a table a few steps across from him. Once she was seated the teacher started speaking and Andrew could not keep from looking at her. There was something about her that he liked but did not know what it was.

Elizabeth stopped in her tracks when everyone looked at her and she clutched her books tightly as she headed to a table.Just ignore them.She told herself as she sat down.When she sat down at the table she got her stuff out and she got ready for class.She noticed that she felt like someone was watching her so she looked around the room to see who it was.
As she looked around the room she noticed that the boy from the princaple's office earlier was sitting a few feet away from her and he was the one staring at her.She looked at Andrew for a while because she couldn't understand why he was looking at just her.Maybe I didn't something to upset him.She thought to herself.It wouldn't be the first time she upset someone but she had thought maybe they could have been friends.And she didn't understand why he was so insterested in just her.She's never had anyone this interested in her and she wondered what made her so interesting because she found her self pretty plain and ordinary if you compared her to anyone else.

Andrew sees the young girl from the office sit down and being the good guy and nice gentleman he is he gets out a piece of paper and starts writing something down on it. As he is writing he is smiling and that is because the stuff he is writing has to do with the young girl he cannot keep his eyes off of. At the end of the note he put a question."will you meet me after class at lunch?" He then makes two boxes and puts yes under one of them and no under the other one. He then put please check one or the other. then he folded it up and passed it to various pewople until it ended up on her table. He was hoping thast it would have a positive answer. Then he was called upon and he then answered" It is called a obtuse angle and the other is a right angle"

Elizabeth was writing notes down in her notebook as she heard the teacher start the leason but she couldnt help but notice the boy from the office was still looking at her but she tried to ignore him anyways as she continued to write down her notes.She noticed a boy in front of her was trying to get her attention as she was listening to the lesson and she looked at him funny.
As she looked at the boy he dropped a folded piece of paper as he moved his arm towards her desk and she quickly hid it under her notebook as the teacher passed by.After the teacher continued to walk away she quickly got the note out from her notebook and read it.As she read the note she blushed a bright red as it asked her to meet someone after class and bit her lip nervously.
She didn't know what to write back because she was nervous about them getting hurt but she let out a shaky breath and colored the yes box in.you don't have to be friends,just try and be nice.She thought to herself while folding the paper back up and passing it to the boy as someone answered the teachers question.
